Tina Watson, CPA, MBA

Tina has been preparing tax returns and performing accounting services since 1997 as a Certified Public Accountant. She recently graduated from Colorado State University with a Master’s in Business Administration.  Tina has extensive experience with corporate tax issues and bookkeeping, and enjoys making the pieces of the puzzle come together (really!).  She also specializes in ex-pats (ex-patriates) and the tricky qualification for foreign earned income exclusion.

 

Having worked for defense contractors in the past, Tina also assists in governmental compliance including indirect rate calculations, DCAA audit support and time accounting.

 

Jason Watson, EA, MBA

Jason teamed up with his wife Tina in 2006 to provide tax and business consultation, as well as tax preparation. In 2012, Jason completed the three-part IRS test to become an Enrolled Agent.  This allows him to prepare and sign tax returns, and represent clients for any tax related issue with the IRS and Tax Court.  Much like a CPA, an Enrolled Agent is required to take recurring professional education courses.

 

He is also a Training Captain for SkyWest Airlines and is the liaison for pilots and flight attendants who require unique tax preparation. Jason has a Master’s in Business Administration from UW-Madison and has owned rental properties since 1996- he can offer down to earth advice on small businesses and rental property owners.
